SprayWatch 3i for Thermal Spray Process Monitoring

Oseir Ltd. proudly introduces its new, state of the art camera unit, which is especially designed for continuous process monitoring in industrial thermal spray applications. The new camera unit only weighs about 950 grams, and it can be easily mounted on either side of the thermal spray gun on a robotic/manipulator arm. SprayWatch 3i is more sensitive than SprayWatch 2i, and therefore an ideal instrument for the monitoring of HVOF and HVAF processes. The SprayWatch 3i camera is available in two different versions for different spray processes (see the Product Comparison Chart below for details).

In addition to the introduction of the new SprayWatch 3i camera unit, Oseir Ltd. will rearrange the SprayWatch Product family as of June 2004. The SprayWatch 2i camera units will continue as the flagship of the SprayWatch family for research and development applications where maximum flexibility is required, whereas the SprayWatch 3i camera units are designed for optimum performance in dedicated continuous process monitoring applications. All camera units can be combined with three different computer options depending on the application and the customer’s specific needs

2. SprayWatch 2i for research and development and scientific process analysis.
   • SprayWatch 2i standard/scientific with computerized focus adjustment and optional particle size measurement
   
   
3. SprayWatch portable: a laptop and one of the available SprayWatch camera units packed into a suitcase
   • Camera unit 3i/2i standard or 2i scientific
   
   
4. Optional equipment
   • HiWatch diode laser unit for cold spray and other spray applications (additional illumination source for the SprayWatch cameras)
   • HiWatch laser unit is integrated into the SprayWatch hardware & software
   • Infrared substrate surface temperature measurement unit integrated into the SprayWatch hardware & software.
